The Annual Conference, ICMRSF-2025, organized by the Board of Professional Activities, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU), is a key event within the University Annual Festival Ekatva '25. This two-day international conference (Feb 28 – Mar 1, 2025) serves as a platform for scholars, researchers, and professionals across disciplines—sciences, engineering, literature, business, and more—to engage in critical discussions on sustainability.

Focusing on "Multidisciplinary Research for a Sustainable Future," the conference addresses urgent global challenges such as climate change, resource depletion, and social inequities. By fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and knowledge exchange, SMVDU invites participants to contribute research abstracts and be part of this vital discourse on sustainable development.

We invite thought-provoking and innovative contributions on many themes. For more details regarding submission and themes of the abstract please refer to the ICMRSF-2025 "Vasudha" Brochure.

Please Note

  • The Deadline for Abstract Submission is 27th February, 2025. The selected participants will be informed in due course of time.
  • The conference will take place in a hybrid mode, facilitating both in-person and virtual participation to ensure global inclusivity.
  • The ICMRSF-2025 Abstract Booklet will be published as an E-book with an ISBN number.
  • The university shall provide working lunch and tea along with twin-sharing accommodation on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Best Paper Awards will be presented for exceptional contributions in each category.
